Should BI Publisher 12c (12.2.1.1) audit and monitoring write records to the <prefix>_IAU.XMLPSERVER

Should BI Publisher 12c (12.2.1.1) audit and monitoring write records to the <prefix>_IAU.XMLPSERVER table. 

In OBIEE 11.1.1.7 I have BI Publisher monitor and audit enabled, and writing to the audit database. It writes records into the IAU_BASE and XMLPSERVER tables.

In OBIEE 12.2.1.1.  with monitor an audit enabled, I have records being written to the IAU_COMMON table, but I have no records being written to the XMLPSERVER table. Hence my audit report shows a report has been run, but I have no execution statistics, in particular DATASIZE and PROCESSTIME.   Have I missed something in the install is there a further change in auditing I have missed in the upgrade?
