How to Open ,Read & Write in Excel File in Open UI

Hi,

We have one requirement developed in HI where On Applet Browser Script we are written the Code to Open Excel Application ,From where user will choose the Required Excel File, And Code will Read the Excel Cells and Pass the cell information to BS to Create the records in BC. If any Excel Cells dont have valid format of values then it writtens the error on Excell Cell.

code is not working in Open UI Chrome as Chrome wont support ActiveX Object. Could you please help us on Work around of the code for same requirment (We need similar behavior of working functionality )
