Hi Experts, I am unable to open WSJ in web client for particular invironment and other envs are work

Hello,

Our Web logic server is hosting three environments DV, PY and PD, and i am able to open WSJ in DV and PD but not in PY and it is throwing the error like " JAS_MSG346 : JAS database failure: ( SQL Exception_Occurred )An sql exception occurred: Connection reset".

I have cross verified for JAS and JDBJ settings of DV,PD to PY and all the configuration settings seems same but not sure why this error is coming while opening WSJ in PY.

below is the jas log:

23 Aug 2016 20:28:39,151 [SEVERE]  - [JAS]             Exception occurred when fetching recent report records from F986110 com.jdedwards.database.base.JDBException: [SQL_EXCEPTION_OCCURRED] An SQL exception occurred: Connection reset.
