same template but xml report publisher generate PDF correctly but xml bursting email me the PDF with

How can be possible???  In Rel 11.5.10.2

I create an concurrent program that generated a XML output.  when I run it with the xml report publisher, all the field I expect are there.  But when I run xml publisher report bursting program ( email the XML output ) , one field is blank!  the rest fields are as same as xml report publisher.  I checked and checked.. They both called the same template.  In fact, I debug it by modify the template to provide that the xml report publisher  and xml publisher report bursting are both using the same template....
