Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Where is the WLS 12.1.1 download for Windows 7 32-bit? (DB 11.2.0.3, FM 12.1.2)

Hi all,

According to my certification matrices I need WLS 12.1.1 for my Windows 7 32-bit PC.

I will use Oracle Database 11.2.0.3 and FM 12.1.2.

On the Fusion Middleware download site, WLS (for development) 12.1.1 is not available for download.

Where can I find it?
