in Hyperion planning not able to sort department within existing forms

I want to add new departments within the existing forms and want to sort them accordingly by lowest number to highest but

it has no option for me to do so. only way to do it is by moving it manually to its correct locations which will take me at least one week.

does anyone have any ideas to get this done quicker besides doing it manually. thank you
