seeded view AR_INVOICE_ADJ_V slow

We are using the seeded Oracle  'invoice printed views' - AR_INVOICE_ADJ_V and it causes bad performance, explain plan shows Cortesians.  Any comments for solving this? Maybe sombody had a good solution.Thanks.
