Bursting output excel file is encoded with quoted-printable(QP) after EBS upgrade to R12.2.5 (Uses B

Recently upgraded EBS to R12.2.5 which uses BI-Publisher 10.1.3.4.2.

Bursting output excel files have "Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable".

These output files are feed to supplier systems and eventually they could not handle QP enabled output files.

This QP enable makes data split inserted with = causing some automated processes fail.

1. How to turn off Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable?

2. Or, how to generate a simple excel file instead of MHTML / HTML files?
