Error - "Customer bank account Already exist" but not visible on the assigned customer account

Hello All,

We are facing this Bank account issue. I need a bank account XXXXX to be assigned to customer account A but when I go and create the bank account I got the error "External bank account already exist".

After checking to which customer this bank account is assigned I got it as Customer account B.  But checking the customer's Payment details Tab this account XXXX is not visible.

As when trying to add this bank account to any customer (even customer account I cannot see this bank account in the available bank accounts LOV.

Did someone faced this kind of issue. Any solution?
