Upgrade TR 9.1.4 to 9.2.0

Hi,

I have a client in Appl Release 9.1 TR 9.1.4 that will upgrade to TR 9.2.0.5.

But he doesn't want upgrade the WLS 12.1.2 to 12.1.3.

Can he work with WLS 12.1.2 and E1 in TR 9.2.0.5?
