Interactive application with two versions

Hi, I have a confusion regarding scheduler application P91300 which has 2 versions in our environment. When I fastpath P91300, which version by default it will use, and also how the scheduler will decide which version to chose. I have one version with Mountain time and the other one with EST time. Can I get some explaination how application launch recognize the version, do I need to explicitly specify?

or is there a way to set a default so that P93100 is always chose, for example, EST version.
