Facility to have Prospective Supplier Registration (iSupplier) to address Security Issue.

Hi,

Can someone help or suggest to address the following? According to Oracle Support, this is not supported. Thanks.

1. The Oracle provided a URL with Organization as encrypted like 'http://brm-ud-erpcrp-1.brocade.com:8010/OA_HTML/jsp/pos/suppreg/SupplierRegister.jsp?' to be send to Invited Supplier, but we have notice that it can be forwarded to anybody.

  Questions a. Does Oracle have functionality or facility to have the URL to be revoked, expired, have rotation or use only for one time purpose?

 

Answer: No there is no way the URL can be revoked or getting expired. Any Supplier can try to register through the URL which goes for approval. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to verify the request and Approve/Reject it.
