Please advise how to map the two companies COA structures?

On : 12.1.3 version, XYZ is one company which acquired the another company called ABC (Only Two Operating units acquired).   XYZ have 8 segments ( Company-Division-Department-Account-Location-Product-Project-Future).  ABC have 6 segments   (Company-Department-Account-Intercompany-Product-Future).   In both structures company is Balancing segment.   ABC is using the Intercompany segment.   Can you please advise how to map the two COA structures?
