International Payroll View employee balance is empty

Hi,

I am working in international payroll (r12.1.3 rup 8)

View Employee Balance feature is available in international payroll but when I try navigating to the same (using Payroll professional ), I am unable to see any data for any of the employee selected

There is definitely balance (PTD) for these employees as I am able to see them through standard ba;lance window

Is there anything specific that needs to be enabled?
