Tax not calculated by Order Management but is by Autoinvoice

Hi,

When we enter an order in Order Management, when the customer ship to is the isle of man the tax is not calculated and does not show on the order. However when the order is progressed and invoiced, during the autoinvoice process the tax is correctly calculated.

Why is Order Management not calculating the tax when with the same set-up autoinvoice correctly calculates the tax.

Have uploaded tax debug files from entering the order in Order Manangement and also from running autoinvoice.

Any pointers would be appreciated
