Old Listener Settings being applied to new Listener

Hi All,

I have two listeners, lets call them LIST1 and LIST2.

LIST1 is currently running with posts 1521 and 8080 with dynamic registration turns on.

LIST2 is not running, its has ports 1521 and 2848 (SSL) and dynamic registration turned off.

I shut down LIST1, this is ok.

I then startup LIST2, this is ok.

LIST2 status looks good.

Everything looks fine on LIST2, I can see that there is no dynamic registration and we can connect on port 2848.

After a few minutes LIST2 switches and seems to inherit settings from the old listener.  i.e. it switches from "no dynamic registration" to dymanic reg.
