R47011 for direct ship SD/OD order - creates OD but fails to create SD

Dear community,

experiencing a random issue at a clients' site.

release 9.0

we receive direct ship orders from EDI interface files

R47011 runs to generate SD and then OD from the subsequent P4210 version called by R47011.

however in random occasions

- SD is not generated

- the OD is generated properly in F4311, RORN field is populated with a related SD number, this number relates to a non-existing SD.

looks to me like a caching issue, however I cannot pinpoint exactly which file/bsfn is in cause.

let me know if you have experienced similar issues regarding this very process,
