Siebel Med Ed plans and EIM

in Siebel Open UI, Tools, Scripting and EAI (MOSC)

I am trying to set up Med Ed plans to track costs by each sales rep. I cant seem to be able to pick a plan nor can I find a way to establish funds. Does anyone have an example EIM file for this. I personally never use EIM, I always use VB/COM to load data but I don't see a way to set up funds with it.
