Users custom grid format is missing in PY upgrade

Hi All,

Recently we upgraded our PY from 8.12 to 9.2, we found issue that users are not able see their custom grid format in 9.2. i found following document that describing table is changed in 9.2. i checked the reports which were ran during upgrade and i didn't find R89952440 but text file is there with same name.can anyone please advice what could be the issue?

During an upgrade from a previous application release to the 9.2 Release, the R89952440 Table Conversion UBE is run to convert the existing Grid Formats from the F98950 table to the F952440 table.
