PI count entries creating dynamic tags

While performing physical inventory, system generated tags for a specific LPN that has qty in the system, however entering the count via LPN in MSCA generated dynamic tags without using system tags.

Has anyone seen this issue before? If yes, what is the resolution for this? Is this a bug or data issue?
