Price update on PO

We use Blanket Orders (OB) and then do releases (OS).  If I use the Supplier Catalog with prices and effective dates I can change the Order Date on the OB and the Price will be updated based on the Supplier Catalog.  Does anyone know a way to make that flow down to an Open Release against a Blanket Order?  If I add a new line to an open release it will pull the new price but I have not been able to change an existing line.
