BSSV: JP420000 : Create ST/OT

Hi, I have very little knowledge using BBSV. I was wondering if it would be possible to create ST/OT orders using standard JP420000. I'm trying to test it using SOAPUI in a test environment.

The standard XML code I found fot the JP420000 is: (example)
