Backporting 11.1.2.4 features to 11.1.2.3.700

Hi, we are soon to be on 11.1.2.3.700 however the client has expressed to us that they would like to see if we could backport some of the features from 11.1.2.4.x that we currently don't have.

An upgrade is in the future to 4.x but not until some time next year.

Can backporting be achieved?
