EM Connector to HP Service Manager

Hi All,

I have implemented the EM 12c (12.1.0.4) Connector for Service Manager 9.34, but we simply cannot get it to create a ticket. It fails with the following message:

oracle.sysman.core.connector.common.exceptions.ConnectorException:

2016-08-25 21:08:24,612 [ConnectorQueueWorker-EM_CNTR_QUEUE9] ERROR ticketingconnector.TicketingConnector logp.251 - Creating

ticket failed.

D is null.
