Setup Guide in creating another company.

Hi Expert,

Just want to ask assistance on the setup guide on how to create another company.  Currently, we have 3 segment2 in our GL accounts

segment1 - Company = '01', segment2 - Cost Center (11110), segment3  - Account Code (5101040101)

Need to create another segment1 for Company 2.  Appreciate is somebody helps me with this.
