PA: Cancelled invoice(not paid) have expenditure in projects.

Hi,

We have a project#51888 and task#50.30.0360 have two cancelled invoices (0271199A,0271199B). But these two invoices having an expenditures in expenditure screen.i.e sum(raw_cost) is not zero.
