F41021 residual fraction on hand quantity

Hello,

In F41021 we have handful of items which have small residual quantity on hand like 0.45 Sheets for a lot left over which is part of UoM conversion for the dispatch and primary UoM. This quantity also doesn't show in ASOF but only seen in F41021.

By doing negative adjustment also this doesn't get nullified, one way is to clear from SQL and from JDE process wise how to handle this small fraction quantities to get Zeroed.
