Approved cycle count entries, don't show values in "COUNTED_BY_EMPLOYEE_ID_FIRST ""COUNTED_BY_EMPLOY

There are cycle count transactions in MTL_CYCLE_COUNT_ENTRIES, which are approved and posted too. But the there is no value populated in "COUNTED_BY_EMPLOYEE_ID_FIRST " "COUNTED_BY_EMPLOYEE_ID_CURRENT" Columns, so it is hard to understand, who had done the cycle count entries?
