I am planning a migration from a Siebel Oracle 11g-Windows to Oracle 12c-Linux.

During tests, I found many performance problems, I run a Base coe_siebel_stats.sql script after import, but even using Advisor to improve queries performance, old database is faster than new one. Any idea?, what am I doing wrong?
