PO Approval mail to be send user once again

Hi,

We are having a situation where we need to send the approval email once again to a user.Recently one user created vacation rule and delegate the response to other user, but this user didnt received the email. We are using e-mail for PO approval and the user is not in position to access Oracle. So we need to send this approval mail once again so the user can approve the PO through email. Is there any standard script available or suggestions will be helpful.
