OEM mails despite BlackOut
We're using AMP in OEM for our 12.1 eBS environments, and we've setup mailing and messaging to inform on environment downtime of eBS middle-ware processes.
But, the BlackOut functionality allows for the monitoring to temporarily not create messages or sending any mails.
The issue is : when you enable BlackOut, stop the environment, disable BlackOut (in THAT order & with some time in between) we DO get messages (at moment of enabling BlackOut again), stating the environment is down. Obviously, that is incorrect, since the environment was not down, outside of the BlackOut period.
In other words, when we either enable BlackOut or not, we get messages in BOTH cases.
