R47011 Occurrences of deleted records in F47012 due to DetermineSOMBFPricing process failed

Dear Community

JDE Version 9.0

We have occurrences of deleted/lost records in F47012 table on R47011 processing

As a premise, the solution for sales order pricing entirely relies on adjustments structure F4072, first adjustment on the sequence is used as ‘base price’, and is a mandatory adjustment.

Let me walk through the process of EDI data integration where we have these problems :

  1. ETL insert EDI records in table F47012
  2. Records are processed by R47011 for integration into sales file F4211
  3. In case the line being processed has an error related to the resolution of the pricing (workcenter message = no price found for mandatory adjustment due to missing setup / DetermineSOMBFPricing process failed); the system will then:
