Parallel Approval For Pre-Chain-of-Authority for Requisitions

Dear Oracle Friends & Guru's,

Could anyone advise whether Oracle R12 AME supports parallel approval for action type 'pre-chain-of-authority approvals' for transaction type Purchase Requisitions?

I want to define a set of pre-approval groups and rules. Each approval group can have up to 5 people, however, the business requirement is for all notifications to be sent to all approvers at the same time and first responder wins voting method to be applied.

I enabled the action-type 'pre-chain-of-authority approvals' for Purchase Requisitions, but I'm unable to set an ordering method of parallel at action type level. I'm also not able to set it on the approver group.
