impacts on ADOP and EBR of some standard DB options/features

There is a few Database options that we plan maybe to use on our EBS envs and i'm wondering if what are the impacts on ADOP and EBR:

- Deploy new custom partitioning 

- Hybrid Columnar Compression

- Automatic Data Optimization

- In-Database Archiving

Is there some documentation somewhere about that ?

I'm looking also for recommendation about how to setup HCC for EBS
