Cancelled qty updated wrongly in cancellation by shipment/comittment

Hi All,  We are facing an issue in worldsoft sales order management. My client is using version A7.3. Sometimes when the sales order is cancelled by commitment or shipment (last status 982 and 984), the cancelled quantity is showing wrongly- ie 1000 times more in F4211. For eg, the order quantity SDUORG is 3000, the cancelled quantity SDSOCN=3000000. This happened many times when user doing the transaction. I tried to replicate with the same item, but for me it updated correctly. Anybody faced this issue earlier, please let me know whether this is a bug or not. Please help.
