Downloading the Excel Reports And Analysis Template for Siebel 8.1.1.11

We are working in the Siebel webservice Integration with Microsoft Word and xls. As per the Siebel Document, we have to download the Excel Reports And Analysis Template from Literature. But in Siebel 8.1.1.11, we are getting the error as this file is not available in file system. Seems to be this issue is fixed in IP 2015 (Doc ID 1988297.1), but at this time we are not upgrading to IP 2015. How to get this Template?.
