po_create_requisition_sv.process_requisition To create a purchase requisition

Hi,

We have a requirement to create and update purchase requisition interface real time. Can we use the API po_create_requisition_sv for same purpose ? Is this API is a public one ? Is it only for Internal Requisition or we can use it to create purchase requisition also ?

Appreciate your help on this.
