Member Name and Alias showing when Member Name only is selected

I have a template set up for our users.  One of the retrieves within this template uses a macro to retrieve and it is set to show member name only and uses HypSetAliasTable to set the alias to None or Default depending on a selection by the user.  For 99% of our users this works perfectly but occasionally a user will have an issue with this where no matter what is selected in options by the macro or prior to it being run, both Member Name and Alias shows.  The user currently experiencing this issue has Smart View version 11.1.2.5.520.
