Service request attachment

Hi,

we have a requirement to add an attachment( for eg., file name TESTORACLE.doc) under service request with TESTORACLE.doc already present under Service request attachment.

The OOTB application feature right now pops up a message saying " a file with same name already exists would like to replace it?" , but my requirement is to provide the user an option to whether replace it on the existing file or  to create a duplicate file with new name such as TESTORACLE(1).doc ?

Is it feasible to customize, to develop these changes?

Can someone please advise on this ?
