JDE 9.1 F0413M negative payments not registered in AA ledger

Hello,

Is there already an ESU for JDE Environment 9.1 similar to this release JL23873 (ESU_JL23878:8/2/16)

This is related to bug 21434308 where Negative manual payments are not generating correct AA ledger entries.
