Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Can I create a Service Request on the Item that is already sent to the organization on Return for Repair activity.

I assume, IB will not allow the Instance or Serial to show up in the form in that case. Is that right and what is the solution in such cases.
