Inventory Closing Process

one of the important option for Inventory model is “Inventory Closing Process”, while I am doing depth digging, I found out that there’s many pending material needs to be done prior inventory closing, and I couldn't open this pending issues,

How can I open Pending Material?

How Can I re-open closing period, suppose I did it by mistake?
