Adop phase=fs_clone fails

In a multinode setup of EBS 12.2.4 the adop cycle is failing. It completes on the first node and when it tries to run fs_clone on the other two nodes it fails with the following error.

I can see that fs_clone has completed on the master_node.

Summary report for current adop session:

    Node ebstapp01:

       - Fs_clone status:   COMPLETED

    Node ebstapp02: FAILED

       - Fs_clone status:   FAILED

       [UNEXPECTED] Detected pending clone session for /u01/pprd/fs1 on ebstapp01 node.

       [UNEXPECTED] fs_clone cannot continue on ebstapp02

       [UNEXPECTED] fs_clone has failed.

    Node ebstisup01: FAILED

       - Fs_clone status:   FAILED
