Using Weather Modeling and Risk Factor together in a plan- PRA

Dear Oracle experts,

We need to use both weather modeling and risk factor together in our plans in PRA, however PRA doesnt allow us to make in current version 9last realeased version) it seems is not possible.

I found this is reported as a bug long time ago in 2012 and considered to be fixed in future releases:

I wanted to know if there is any update on that and will oracle apply this soon or not anymore.
