Is it possible to setup tax recoverable/liability account for each user or branch?

Hi Experts,

Is it possible to setup tax recoverable/liability account for each user or branch in one ledger and one legal entity?

I has been successfully separate transaction account for each branch using security rule setup in GL(If login with responsibility A, account that can be used is 01, responsibility B used 02), but i have no idea how to separate tax recoverable for each branch.
