work center emails

Dear Sir,

i use JDE 9.1.5 i have user XXX this user every time he post batch using R09801 the work center will send email  to his mailbox making his mailbox fully with emails my question is how to prevent this to happen and in the same time keep the user receive emails to his mailbox from another module like payslip and email notification for approval in procurement
