Siebel DDL Sync Failed with duplicate Keys error

Hi Oracle Team,

Hope I will get a solution for this soon.

We are running Siebel 7.5.3.15 (yes, an old version!!) and when we tried to execute the DDL Sync (schronize schema definition) by launching the DB config wizard, it failed giving this below error:

Can anyone help us with this error. There is no index with that name or another index with same columns now in the Database. Also when we tried to apply/activate a column in the Siebel Tools, connected to DB, seeing a similar error:
