How to increase OACORE memory in R12.2

I would like to increase our memory setting of OACORE from 1024 to 2048.  I can't seem to find documentation on how to do this on R12.2  I see steps for 12.1 but I'm assuming it is different in 12.2  Anyone do this before or can point me to the documentation steps?

Our current settings are:

-Xmx1024 -Xms1024M

We are running on AIX 7.1
