Error when perform physical inventory adjustment

We are running EBS version 12.2.4

Over the weekend was our inventory. When we run perform physical inventory adjustment, it completed with error. Attached is the logfile.

PHYSICAL_INVENTORY_ID = 1001

ADJUSTMENT_ACCOUNT = 31053

ADJUSTMENT_DATE = 2016/08/27 07:45:11

ADJUSTMENT_DATE = 2016/08/27 07:45:11

SQL Error(Main-11b), Error Code = 0

I searched on this site and it leads me to a note saying that we may need to run datafix. What I was thinking that maybe this request is needed to be added to the custom responsibility that we created. So, I then, added this to the request group and tried to run again and this time it worked.
