XML has incorrect data

Hi All,

I am modifying a custom UBE that produces a BI Publisher document (employee letter).  The main section in the report is based on the Employee Master (F060116) and it has a level break footer by Address Address (AN8).  My expectation was that the XML created would have a section tag for each employee on that level break footer, but it only creates that at the beginning and the end of the XML.  The RTF template is using the level break footer tag to print each letter and in this case the output looks like a giant letter for one employee
